Open A New Water Account

To open a new water account, the property must first pass a Certificate of Occupancy inspection. All new water customers must complete a Residential Water Service Application and pay a deposit ($200.00) prior to receiving water service. The deposit is refundable when the account is closed and the final bill is paid. Residents receive one itemized bill each month for water, wastewater, and garbage services. To pay your water bill, either make payment online with a credit card, or mail or drop off a payment to Town Hall at 100 Highridge Drive, Lakewood Village, TX 75068.
