Agendas & Minutes


Town Council agendas and minutes are posted in compliance with the Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 551 (Open Meetings Act). The following questions and answers address the most common requests we receive from residents.

📅 When are agendas posted?

Agendas are posted online at least 72 hours before the meeting, as required by state law. The Town often posts earlier when possible so residents have more time to review upcoming items.

📂 What is included in the agenda packet?

The agenda packet contains background materials related to each item on the agenda, including draft ordinances, resolutions, contracts, and supporting reports. Packets are provided in electronic format only on the Town’s website.

📝 When are minutes available?

Minutes are prepared and then approved by the Council at a following meeting (generally the next one). After approval, they are posted online. Until then, the agenda and meeting packet provide the best source for details.

🔔 Can I be notified when new agendas are posted?

Yes! Residents can sign up on the Town’s website to receive an email alert when a new agenda is posted.
